How it Works?

Step 1: Upload your pet photo & complete your purchase

Select your desired product (e.g. head+body, and frame size), upload your favourite image (you will be asked to do that before the payment). Your order confirmation will be sent via email after the secure payment.

Step 2: Our artist gets to work

Your order is in the skilled hands of our artist. Please allow approx. 2-6 weeks for this creation phase although it is often sooner (you can check out the turnaround time in the product description of your desired portrait). We never rush perfection, each piece is a custom work of art made for you.

Step 3: Preview & feedback

We make this a collaborative process! We will email you a couple of photos or a short video preview of the artwork before it gets shipped. Take a close look and let us know if you are 100% happy or would like any minor tweaks (e.g. Can you make the eyes a little brighter?) You give us the final OK and we will ship it out!

Step 4: Packing & shipping

Your artwork is now ready to travel. We carefully package your portrait in a robust, protective box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your custom art's journey right to your doorstep. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international shipment.
